Ordering from DJS Tackle is

Ordering from DJS Tackle website is
easy
We now have a new log in area for all DJS customers new and old. You can order from us and are now able to login or out of your account on our website to track your order at any time. (Where do I go to login to my account?) Our login section is located to the right hand side of out top bar. By logging in you can see if your item has been shipped out or check on the status of your order. You may even find that the next time you log in, you may have a promotion code for you to use. Customers can now save items in their cart for 72 hours before paying for goods. This enables you to add to your cart, save and then pay for your items at a more convenient time that suits you.
Look out for the stock quantity No. This number is Live,
which means it is updated as soon as someone buys that product.
If

not
guaranteed
to
be
in
stock
when
you
log
back
in
and
pay
for
your
items,
it
only
saves
your
cart,
so
until
payment
has
been
made,
the
goods
are
not
necessarily
yours.
Once
you
make
payment
the
stock
level
will
then
be
updated. If you try to order more than the
stock shown,
it
will
notify
you
there
is
insufficient
stock. But be forewarned! When the number
available hits zero, that item is automatically pulled from the
DJS
Tackle Store and will then be shown out of stock!. In other words, you better buy today
or it might be gone tomorrow!

We know customers are concerned about credit card security. We use two of the worlds largest money funds transfer agencies - Globalpayments-HSBC and PayPal.
If you choose to use a
Globalpayments-HSBC or
PayPal account, your personal credit

Paying with Paypal incurs a 2% surcharge. Paying us with any other method we offer on our website does not incur any charges to you.

Promotional Codes
How our promotional codes work:
PROMOTION CODES IN MONTHLY MAGAZINES LAST FOR APPROXIMATELY THREE WEEKS FROM THE
PUBLISHED DATE!
Once
the code is activated it last for six hours, codes can be placed in the
promotional box in any product catalogue page. The promotional code is discount
by percentage (%) and is taken off the original price. The value of the code
depends on the running promotion. The original price will be crossed out in red
next to the discounted price. After six hours the price will revert back to the
original price. A code can be used once per household. Any product with "SALE"
under the product picture will not be
further discounted with any promotional code, this also applies to "Bait
Pellets, Particles, Fishmeal and Liquids etc", as these are already heavily
discounted items. Unless we alter this at any time.
DJS Tackle
can withdraw "stop" promotional codes at any time.
Gift Vouchers
DJS tackle's Gift Vouchers, an
ideal gift for someone or if you want to take advantage of one of our special
discounts, but can't find something you want, simply purchase a voucher and
then redeem at a later date when our stocks change.
How our vouchers work:
- Visit our website. Shop and find an item you want to purchase.
- Select PayPal as your payment option. Log in to your account.
- When prompted, enter your gift voucher redemption code and follow the last steps
to redeem your Gift Voucher.

Ex-display / Seconds / End of Stock
items are non returnable. These are sold as described and are non
refundable.
TERMS Of GIFT VOUCHERS
- Printed Merchant Gift Vouchers are transferable if they do not include a
recipient email address. For security and verification purposes, you may
be required to verify your identity using a credit card.
- Multiple gift vouchers can be redeemed on a single purchase if they are in the
same currency.
- Gift Vouchers do not expire and do not accure maintenance fees.
- Neither the merchant nor PayPal are
responsible for lost or stolen gift
vouchers.
- Your use of a gift voucher is subject to term and

TERMS Of DELIVERY
Delivery Costs
The delivery charge is
not automatically added to your order, you need to select a
postage package that tailored to your order. Please go to our
service page for details and prices. Please select the shipping
service carefully as incorrect shipping service will result in
your order being delayed. You will see the total amount you have to
pay with a drop down menu at the checkout before you confirm the order. Unfortunately we have to charge carriage under
£100 we attempt to keep it to a minimum and believe our charges are the
lowest in the industry. Free p&p if you spend over £100.

If you
would like your goods sooner than the estimated standard service
we offer, please select the Special Shipping Service at the
checkout! Orders must be placed before 10.00am This
allows us to pack and get items sent out before noon the same
day.
Tax Charges (VAT)
All the prices shown in our store include
VAT.
Import Duty or
Tax
Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is
outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of
the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may
be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of
the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which
may be due.

What is not covered? (Exclusions)
Normal Wear and Tear.
Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and
tear are excluded from coverage.
Ornamental Decorations.
Ornamental decorations such as emblems, graphics, and other decorative elements,
are excluded from coverage.
Batteries. Only
batteries whose fully charged capacity falls below 80% of their rated capacity
and batteries that leak are covered by this limited warranty.
Abuse & Misuse.
Defects or damage that result from: (a) improper operation, storage, misuse or
abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to
the surface of the product resulting from misuse; b)(Alarms / Electrical /
Lighting ) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy
perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food; (c) use of the
Products or Accessories for commercial purposes or subjecting the Product or
Accessory to abnormal usage or conditions; or (d) other acts which are not the
fault of DJS, are excluded from coverage.
Use
of Non-DJS Products and Accessories.
Defects or damage that result from the use of Non-DJS branded or certified
Products, Accessories, or other equipment are excluded from coverage.
Unauthorized Service or Modification.
Defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation,
maintenance, alteration, including without limitation, software changes, or
modification in any way by someone other than DJS, are excluded from coverage.
Altered Products.
Products or Accessories with (a) serial numbers or date tags that have been
removed, altered or obliterated; (b) broken seals or that show evidence of
tampering; (c) mismatched board serial numbers; or (d) nonconforming or non-DJS
housings, antennas, or parts, are excluded from coverage.
