Need to Return a product?

We'll need the following information to deal with your return:
- Authorisation No. Customer name & address
- Invoice number if applicable
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem

Returns

In case of faulty products please contact DJS Tackle immediately.  All damaged goods or discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours of receipt, and damaged parcels must be signed as damaged at time of delivery.  When returning products please contact us first for a return number and agreement for the return.

All products must be returned within 14 days of notification for replacement, repair, credit note or refund.  Failure to return a product within 14 days will result in a credit note being issued to the value of goods only.  If products are not returned within 20 days of notification, permission must then be obtained for the goods to be returned.  A full credit note may not be available.  You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and for the cost of returning them to us safely, by registered post as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.  If you are unable to do this we can organise collection of our goods which must be authorised by ourselves subject to a £15 Mainland UK administration charge to be paid in advance.  Non UK administration charges will vary.  If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.

A refund will only be offered once goods are check and deemed to be in an unused and saleable condition.  All products must be returned in the original packaging.  Packaging boxes must also be in the same condition as when received.  Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of DJS Tackle.

We will not be held responsible for the cost of any returns unless specifically agreed with us.  Shipping or returned charges are not refundable.  The delivery cost (also applicable to orders placed over £100 free carriage option) and any credit card / Paypal charges are not refundable and these will be deducted from your refund along with any administration charges applicable.  Returns over the 14 day return period are also subject to a 25% handling charge.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS / EX-DISPLAY / SECONDS.

Any DJS products purchased via a promotion or discounted value are non refundable.  A credit note will be issued unless specifically authorised by DJS Tackle. 

Ex-display / Seconds / End of Stock items are non returnable.  These are sold as described and are non refundable.

Other manufacturers products purchased via DJS are covered via the manufacturers guarantee.
