Andy Robinson with a
20lb 9oz Mirror

Hi David I hope all's well with you and the family? I was fishing at Cleveley Bridge near Preston a couple of weeks ago and managed a 20lb9oz mirror as usual I had my DJ's bivvy, chair, sleeping bag etc but as the fishing there had been so slow I figured they might be feeding on naturals so I targetted them with GLM boilies and sticks of your bloodworm pellets and it did the business, this was one of only 3 fish that came out in the 72 hours I was there (I was really chuffed as it was the first time I'd seen the water!
Off to France for a week in Burgundy fishing at Moorlands travelling Good Friday which means I'll miss the Royal Wedding (what a shame !!) - so hopefully more pics to follow. Timing was more by luck than good judgement though.
Cheers
Andy
Dave Steer with a 26lbs Mirror

After only two weeks of learning how to carp fish i pulled this one out of Blevet Valley Lakes in Brittany at 5.30pm. A 26lbs mirror carp caught on a single home made trout pellet boilie with a size 6 hook. It is and always will be the best fish i ever catch. Thanks to Gordon for being a great teacher. After 16 month it is still my PB and i'm still learning.

Sam Pateman aged 15, see his carp below.

Hello,
Had this 15lb 9oz carp on the 27th on November. I fished a local pond called
Coots Corner In Hitchin where it averages around 8-12lb per carp. So Not very
big at all. So was happy when i had this one out of here. I fished with a
Helicopter Rig Set Up And a long braided hooklink, with a DJS Tackle PVA bag
full of 3mm Pellets. This Resulted in two fish, 1 of 6/7lb that i didnt have a
picture of but this one of 15lb 9oz. Thanks DJS tackle for playing your part of
helping me catch another two carp.
Sam Pateman.
